Call for Nominations!

Nominations are now open for the 2009 UK Screen Sound Awards aka The Conch.

This year we are encouraging people to nominate their own work, the work of their immediate colleagues / team mates as well as work done in their facility (a change to previous years where anyone could nominate anything regardless of direct association to the person, project or facility).
You may make up to 5 nominations per category and these will be de-duped before going forward to the online voting stage. The online vote will determine the shortlist for consideration by the judging panels.

We ask you to fill in as much detail as you can on the online forms. Your submissions MUST relate to the period 1st June 2008 - 31st May 2009 NB TV and Commercials must have been broadcast and Features must have had a screening in this time period. Nominations close on 12th June 2009.

Last but not least we have a new category this year 'Best Foley Project' this can be either film, TV or commercial.

Please go to: http://www.audiomedia.com/conch/conchnoms.html  to access the nomination forms now, and the main website for all other
